Bedoian’s started with a simple idea: bring the flavors of Mediterranean and Armenian cooking to Wickenburg, made the way they were meant to be made — from scratch, every single day. The name over the door is a family name, and the kitchen runs like a family kitchen: the dough gets its own morning, the kabob marinade gets its own night, and the coffee gets poured cup by cup instead of sitting on a burner.
The menu runs from morning pastries and good coffee through breakfast and brunch, into lunch — sandwiches and wraps built on our own bread, comfort plates like turkey pot pie, and the chicken and beef kabobs people keep driving back to Wickenburg for. Even the yogurt in our smoothies is cultured in-house.
You’ll find us right on Wickenburg Way in the historic district, close to the shops and the people who make this town what it is. Stop in, grab a table, and stay as long as the coffee lasts.

7 AM The bread comes first
Dough mixed and shaped before sunrise — Armenian flatbreads, loaves, and pastries landing in the case as the doors open.
9 AM Brunch hits the tables
Made-to-order morning plates, quiche worth getting up for, smoothies built on our homemade Greek yogurt — and coffee poured cup by cup.
NOON The grill takes over
Chicken and beef that sat in marinade all night hit the fire, next to sandwiches and wraps on our own bread with sides like fresh tabbouleh.
